ECASA APP SL, CIF: B01679166 is the owner of this web page, operating under the trade name "ECASA". Services offered on the web

The website offers the service of manufacturing products according to the user's specifications (measure, type, material, color, ... etc.). ECASA informs that the procedures to carry out the acquisition of goods and / or products and / or the contracting of the services offered on this portal are those that are described in these General Contracting Conditions, as well as those other specific ones that are indicated on the screen while browsing, so that the user declares to know and accept said procedures as necessary to access the products and / or services offered on the portal. To access the purchase it is necessary to register as a customer. During the registration phase, users must complete the data to be able to make purchases either as a company / professional or as individuals. Only purchases made by private users will be subject to the rules applicable to consumers. All the final prices of the products are indicated in euros and can be seen with VAT. The prices of the products may be subject to periodic variations. For some products and certain offers the shipping costs are included. For all other products the shipping costs are paid by the user.

Choice of product and method of purchase

After successfully registering, the customer can start the purchase. To do this, you must choose the model, selecting the measurements and characteristics (finishes, colors, accessories ...) one by one, personalizing the product and adding the quantities to the shopping cart, after which the price, the possible discount, the final price including VAT, and the manufacturing time. By "clicking" on the "Add to cart" button, a summary sheet will appear detailing the price, shipping costs and total VAT included. To accept the order you must "click" on the "Complete order" button and once you have selected the payment method and delivery address, you must declare that you have read and accept the terms and conditions of use and click on the "Complete purchase" button. . To make the payment, the instructions that appear on the screen must be followed by filling in the information that is required on it. ECASA will confirm the acceptance either by means of an acknowledgment of receipt by email or other means of electronic communication equivalent to the address indicated by the contractor within 24 hours of receipt, or by means of a means equivalent to that used in the contracting procedure. The user has the right to receive an invoice for their purchases. Once the order is placed, you have three hours to make any modification or cancellation of the order. After this time you will not be able to manage any change or cancellation. You can make these changes or cancellations through your customer control panel on the web.

Payment Methods

The customer will be able to buy the products by choosing between the different forms of payment:

- Tbank transfer (It will be necessary to indicate the order number to identify it. The order will be put into production once the transfer is received at the bank.)

User responsibility for photographic content

ECASA is not responsible for the unauthorized use of images by users or for any type of violation of the rights of third parties that may exist on them. Therefore, the user exempts ECASA from all responsibility towards third parties that could claim violations of intellectual property rights, damage to image, honor, decorum, moral integrity or any patrimonial or non-patrimonial damage caused by the printing of the images and content uploaded by the user himself.

Shipping and delivery times

Delivery times vary for each product. In all products that are under warranty and that have had to be sent due to breakage or damage, ECASA will pay the costs of the product but in no case the shipping costs that will always be borne by the customer.

Cancellation

ECASA reserves the right to cancel any order due to computer errors or due to errors in the prices shown.

Warranty

All our products are subject to the current legal guarantee. Our company will respond to the lack of conformity that is manifested within a period of three years from the delivery of the product to the consumer or user under the terms provided in Book II, Title IV of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16, by which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws. For projects that require installation, the warranty is exempt. Any product that has been manipulated by the customer before proceeding with its return or replacement is exempt from warranty. In the event of a defective product, the seller must proceed, as appropriate, to the repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract, steps that will be free for the consumer and user. The seller is liable for any lack of conformity that appears within a period of two years from delivery. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These General and Specific Conditions contained in these Terms of Use are governed by Spanish legislation. The parties submit, at their choice, for the resolution of conflicts and waiving any other jurisdiction, to the courts and tribunals of the user's domicile.
