Shipping
Delivery times vary depending on the selected product, in the file of each product the manufacturing time is specified. If you purchase different products, the total of your order will be delivered within the manufacturing term of the highest selected.
The shipment will be made through a parcel agency or as the case may be by us. This company will take care of delivering your order to the address you have provided. Inform that the carrier is not obliged to deliver to the floor, but will do so at street level . Deliveries will be made from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 19:00. For other time bands and delivery days, check price. The day before you will receive an e-mail or sms so that you are informed.
The manufacturing times are detailed in each product, to this we must add the shipping time, these being between 24-48 working hours from the departure of the order from our factory. Except islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Andorra that transit times may vary. For international shipments, delivery times also vary, depending on each country.
ECASA does not deliver products on Saturdays, Sundays, national, regional and local holidays.
ECASA is not responsible for delays in the delivery of your merchandise, due to transport incidents, absence of recipient, changes of address by the customer.
ECASA is not responsible for additional EXPENSES that may be generated in customs, which are not exclusive to transport, such as taxes and duties exclusive to each country.
IMPORTANT: You must indicate on the transport delivery note any anomaly that you observe in the packaging of your package in order to open your claim.
Follow-up of your order: When your product has already left our factory, we will send you a follow-up email and a direct access link to the website of the transport company, so that you know in real time the location of your order. In case you have any questions about the shipment or delivery of your order, do not hesitate to contact our customer service.
Return and cancellation of orders
Any order placed in ECASA.APP may be canceled within 3 hours of placing the order. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement by email to info@ecasa.app. To meet the withdrawal period, it is enough that the communication regarding the exercise of this right on your part is sent within 3 hours. The approximate term of the refund of the amount is about 7 to 14 business days from the cancellation of the order. After 3 hours after placing the order, one of the following assumptions will apply if you want to cancel an order:
- Products made to measure [The right of withdrawal is excluded for these products as they are a personalized product, according to article 103 c) of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users. Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, since it is about goods made to measure or personalized.]
- Products not made to measure [The user has the right to withdraw from this contract within a period of 14 calendar days. The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day you acquired material possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify ECASA of your decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement by email to info@ecasa.app. To meet the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that the communication regarding the exercise by you of this right is sent before the corresponding period expires.]
Once this is done, you must return the products, taking into account the following:
- Both the costs of the return and the shipping costs, customs costs or local taxes, will be borne by the customer.
- For the return we must pack the item in the original packaging.
- The product must be in the same condition you received it without stains, scratches or tears.
Once we receive the package we review it and we will send you an email confirming both the receipt of the package and the status of the product. The approximate term for the refund of the amount is about 7 to 14 days from receipt of the product at ECASA.
Effects of the refund
Each product that we manufacture is made exclusively for you, there may be variations in tonality due to the configuration of your monitor, the user is advised to check the exact appearance, for this reason in no case will the money be returned since the Being a personalized product is excluded from the right of withdrawal, but the appropriate measures will be taken to solve any problem that may arise.
NOTE: The difference of +/- 1.5 cm is not considered a failure in the measurement of your order.

If the product is defective or an error occurs in the delivered product, ECASA will be responsible and we will send a new product as soon as possible. You would have to notify us of this error within 14 days of receiving the order.
It is recommended that if you notice the deteriorated transport packaging, you reflect it on the delivery note.
Any return made must be previously accepted by ECASA and follow the steps indicated for the correct identification of the product; All products that do not follow the established process will be returned. For any claim on an order, you have 15 days from receipt of the order to check the status of your order, once this time is exceeded ECASA is not responsible for the return of said product.
In case of withdrawal on your part, we will refund all payments received from you, including shipping costs, without any undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will proceed to make said reimbursement using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly provided otherwise; In any case, you will not incur any expenses as a result of the refund. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods, or until you have provided proof of their return, depending on which condition is met first. You must return the goods to ECASA, without any undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which you notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The term will be considered fulfilled if you return the goods before said term has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
